Overview

ANVER® Mechanical Vacuum Lifters do not rely on plant power, outside
controls, or complex accessories. These self-contained units create their own vacuum mechanically, giving them unmatched versatility for use in metal fabricating plants, service centers, warehouses, and plate yards.

These lifters offer instant attach and release via the hoist up and down. The internal piston and rolling diaphragm create vacuum and will work silently with minimum maintenance for years.

One person simply attaches the hook of the crane, hoist, or boom truck to the lifter, positions the lifter on the load and controls the entire operation alone. The attach and release alternates each lift cycle for fast, efficient handling.

No electric power required for this lifter. It operates using dry, clean compressed air for vacuum generation. The vacuum generator is a single stage unit with no moving parts or rubber gaskets to maintain or replace.

Anver VPFL4 AIR Series Vacuum Lifter is a low-profile, below-the-hook, air-powered unit that needs only 8” of headroom, making it ideal for light manufacturing facilities. Designed
for versatility, this ergonomic lifter features an all-welded steel frame with a vacuum reservoir and adjustable pivoting handlebar that can accommodate a variety of load requirements.
Available in capacities up to 1,500 lbs., the ANVER VPFL4 AIR Series Vacuum Lifter utilizes interchangeable vacuum pad attachments. Standard features include a slide control valve with
safety lock, high capacity pump, gauges, air filters, a sensor with an audio-visual alarm that activates in the event of a vacuum loss or if leakage of 10% occurs.

Overview

ANVER VT Series Vacuum Tube Lifting Systems are ergonomic lift assist devices designed for high production use. With their continuous duty cycle, unlimited starts and stops per minute are possible, and the vacuum attachment to and release of the load is instantaneous.

Anver VT tube lifting systems require minimal operator training. They grab the load (via vacuum suction), support, lift and lower the load, all by a single operator control. The use of vacuum pads for attachment allows objects to be lifted without fear of damage to the surface or edges of the product, often caused by manual lifts or grabs.

VB & VM Vacuum Lift Systems
Both VB & VM Systems are hoist-based systems, fully integrated, non-weight sensitive vacuum lift systems. They are designed for use where headroom or load size would not allow the use of a VT tube lifting system, or for lifting unusually heavy, bulky or compact loads.
